Someone was watching CMT in a waiting room and I heard the following lyrics to a country song:

I put gas in my truck and spread butter on my biscuits

or something like that.

I laughed for like 6 minutes straight. As far as country music goes, this is about as original as another reggae song about legalizing marijuana or a rap song about hoes.

Anyway, I hope he puts gas in his truck and spreads butter on his biscuits, rather than putting gas in his biscuits and butter in his truck. You only make that mistake once before realizing you ought to make a song about it.

Nothing good ol' country like putting gas in your pickup and spreading butter on your biscuits.
