I have already had a similar discussion with Sr. Prototype, but I wanted to open up the discussion to the Godfathers of the fantasy league.
The league seems to be healthy in that all the owners are keeping up with their teams (which is an improvement form last year), but I am saddened that only a select few of us have gone above and beyond that standard of participation. It seems like no one is having much fun.
I would like to hear any and all ideas/thoughts on why this is happening and possibly what we could do to fix things this year or at worst, next year. What can we do? I have lost the excitement I once had in distributing trophies and posting raunchy shit on the forum. I want to feel that excitement again.

I don't know what to do about it anymore, but it is all true. Maybe our hearts, minds, and dreams were just so big that they could never be filled. I have been debating whether I want to play next year, this year has just been so boring.

ReplyDeleteI think there are too many people leaving the number of ways to make your team better(picking up players) harder. It is slim pickens out thurr and I think that makes it less interesting.
