The Cubs have finally found out how to structure there team how to win in Wrigley, and I think that a big part of that is home run hitters, in the little Wrigley Stadium. Is that why they suck?
I do admit that the Cubs franchise sucks pretty bad right now.
I now know why the Yankees just try to buy their way in every year; building an organization that can win every year is nearly impossible. Winning should be somewhat cyclical. Should we "Marlins it" in a firesale?
The marlins fire sales always end with real good prospects, but the cubs suck because the rely too heavily on the homerun. I think that sucks anyway. It's nice to have them, but if that is the only way you can score, then you might just loose 8 in a row after winning 7 in a row.
So why do the Cubs suck?
