DIY advanced coffee

I discovered on my trip to Europe that I like latte or cappuccino drinks. I have no idea which is which, but I enjoy the milk part. Sugar is still a big no for me. Anyway, I wanted to recreate the experience at home.

First heat water and brew coffee in aeropress.

Then poor your favorite milk (low fat works best FYI, but I'm using whole milk here) into a jar with a lid.

Shake vigorously and you'll aerate the milk.

Take the lid off and microwave for 30 seconds. It's foamy!

Pour coffee into mug.

Pour milk into mug.

Mix together. Look at how frothy this is!

Nice!
