I have hated the whole home field thing ever since it was created. I too was trying to come up with an amount that would make a difference to millionaires. The tv contract for the game plus tickets could probably cover the 100k he was talking about.
I don't think starters should have a mandatory 4 innnigs. What if they just don't have it that night?

Mostly good ideas, but a few I think are a reach.
GET RID OF THE HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE IMMEDIATELY.
