Rob Lowe is Literally Not Funny

Rob Lowe's character is void of humor on Parks and Recreation. Every time he is on the screen its like a black hole of funny.

Clearly this is just an attempt to put a famous person on screen to act like a unfunny fool a la Steve Carel for ratings.

    I laughed a little bit when he first came on the show, but there is no point to his character now. Also the lovely Rashida Jone's Anne has become a whore and everything is about boning right now. I wish they would get around to doing some Parks stuff.

    Show's hilarious and killing it right now though, not that I disagree with the Parks stuff comment.

    haha this blog came up from a google search about him being not funny....

    he was funny back in the day on Waynes World...but his P&R bits almost ruin the show from me, its so bad I get angry haha
