2009 Player Rate: Continued

If you add up the scores for the top 13 pitchers and top 13 hitters it looks like this

hitters = 3037.4

pitchers = 3688.5

Then the pitchers score you about 21.4% more points than the hitters. Thoughts? Is this actually bad?
